PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide small-sized electronic equipment capable of acquiring clear speech data by reducing the influence of speech noise due to a disk device. SOLUTION: The disk device 40 and a microphone 72 are arranged in an equipment main body 62. The housing 10 of the disk device has a 1st shell with a bottom wall 11a and a 2nd shell with a top cover 11b opposed to the bottom wall, and a disk-like recording medium is stored in the housing. The microphone is arranged on the top cover side of the disk device in the thickness direction of the equipment main body. Here, the angleθformed by the straight line B along which the disk device and microphone are at the shortest distance and the plane of the disk device which is parallel to the surface of the top cover is determined to be 0≤θ<90°-α, whereαis the largest deformation angle of the top cover in lowest-order vibration mode.
