PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an amplifier circuit comprising switched capacitor amplifier circuits each of which is capable of carrying out highly accurate logarithmic amplification by suppressing dispersion in a manufacture process with an increased range of gains and achieved in low power consumption and a small area. SOLUTION: The amplifier circuit comprises a series connection of first and second switched capacitor amplifier circuits 143, 144 each of which carries out amplification by alternately switching a first period wherein an input voltage is sampled by on/off-operations of a first switch means and a second period wherein an output voltage is subjected to a hold operation. The first and the second switched capacitor amplifier circuits are configured to be capable of using one differential amplifier 131 in common by providing second switch means 115 to 122 to input and output terminals of the sole differential amplifier 131, the second switch means 115 to 122 connected to prescribed nodes Vip1, Vim1, Vop1, Vom1, Vip2, Vim2, Vop2 and Vom2 of the first and the second switched capacitor amplifier circuits 143, 144, respectively.
