PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively train even an experienced person for prevention of a human error. SOLUTION: The training system 1 which spuriously reproduces events which are subjects for training is equipped with a storage 3 storing a training scenario 2, and a simulation means 4 developing the training scenario 2. The training scenario 2 is provided with a trap 5 inducing the human error of the trainee. The simulation means 4 continues the development of the training scenario 2 without notifying the occurrence of the human error even if the means detects the same, and notifies the occurrence of the human error at the point of the time a series of the work in which the human error occurs is completed or at the point of the time the work cannot be continued any more due to the human error.
