PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that such deficiencies that wipe unevenness of an optical filter is generated during the wiping work of dust stuck to the optical filter used in a digital camera, and the like are sometimes caused, and as a result, the wiping work is very difficult for general persons. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problem, an antirefelection film consisting of dielectric material is formed on an outermost side principal surface of one side of an optical low-pass filter consisting of a birefringent piezoelectric crystal board and an infrared rays cut coat (IR cut coat) or ultraviolet rays/infrared rays cut coat (UR-IR cut coat) on which a thin film consisting of dielectric material is formed is formed on an outermost side principal surface of a side opposite to the film formation surface of the antireflection film. Moreover, dust collection is prevented by preventing static electricity of the optical low-pass filter while forming transparent conductive films on the antireflection film and the IR coat or the UV-IR cut coat. Moreover, the problem is solved by removing stuck dust by vibrating itself of the birefringent piezoelectric crystal board while applying a voltage across the birefringent piezoelectric crystal board by using these transparent conductive films as electrodes.
