PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive device which can determine and warn of UV ray irradiation intensity outdoors, and can implement measures or the like thereto. SOLUTION: The UV ray measurement device capable of sticking on or fixing with string on a mobile telephone or wrist watch comprises a light sensitive part which changes color by the UV rays, a scale capable of measuring the intensity of the UV rays corresponding to the change of the color, and the UV ray countermeasure scale. The UV ray countermeasure scale is including the any one among the measure of outing time, the SPF (Sun Protection Factor) index (sun care index), and the PA (Protection Grade of UV-A) index etc. The sticking part is provided on the rear surface of the UV measurement device.
