PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a precise and low-cost spectral instrument of a time sharing type. SOLUTION: A color wheel 14 directly contacts a hub 12 constituting a motor. By simplifying a structure for fixing the color wheel 14 to the motor and work process, reduction of the numbers of part items and assembly man days of the spectral instrument 10 provided with the color wheel is attained.
