PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely perform combustion treatment of powder by stably burning powdered waste in a furnace in combustion treatment of powdered waste. SOLUTION: In this furnace for burning the waste, a device is provided with a plurality of introduction openings for introducing the waste into the furnace, at least one of the introduction openings has a powder introduction opening for introducing the powdered waste into the furnace, and the powder introduction opening is formed at a lower part of the other introduction openings.
