PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic that has high depression effect on formation of skin wrinkles, keeps moisture and elasticity and causes a firm feeling. SOLUTION: The cosmetic comprises hydrolyzed collagen and hydrolyzed eggshell membrane as cosmetic components. Consequently the cosmetic highly controls formation of skin wrinkles, keeps skin moisture and elasticity and causes a firm feeling by synergistic effect of hydrolyzed collagen having function of keeping skin moisture and elasticity and high permeability and hydrolyzed eggshell membrane having excellent proliferation action of 3 type collagen greatly contributing to retention of especially skin moisture and elasticity.
