PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bill storage delivery device 23 for increasing storage amount of bills, making folding curls and curls difficult to be generated in both end regions of the longitudinal direction of the bill, and smoothly winding, storing and delivering the bills. SOLUTION: The bills are wound on a winding drum 38 in a short hand direction, and storage amount of the bills is increased, with short winding lengths of tapes 34a and 34b. Both the end regions of the longitudinal direction of the bills are guided from both faces by bill one face pressing guides 72 and 73 and a bill other face guide 86 and are wound by the winding drum 38. Both the end regions of the longitudinal direction of the bills are pressed on the winding drum 38 by the bill one face pressing guide 73 and a bill pressing roller 79 and are wound on the winding drum 38. The tapes 34a and 34b wound on the winding drum 38 are pressed by a tape pressing roller 82 and fastening force is imparted to the tapes 34a and 34b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
