PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-slip and flexible laminated sheet having high strength for a packaging bag such as a heavy-duty bag and a flexible container. SOLUTION: In the non-slip laminated sheet for the packaging bag, a laminate layer having a composition with a 2-15 pts.wt. terpene-based resin blended in 100 pts.wt. polyolefin is formed on at least one side of a woven or knitted fabric using a stretched yarn consisting of a polyolefin. The flexible and non-slip laminated sheet having high strength for the packaging bag is obtained, and suitably used for the packaging bag for the heavy-duty bag and the flexible container.
