PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the sealing performance of the whole diaphragm by allowing the pressing force of a cap to act even on a diaphragm portion apart from set screws. SOLUTION: Flanges 12a and 13a of a diaphragm plate 12 and the diaphragm 13 are pinched by the upper opening edge 6d of the reserver body 6b and the diaphragm pressing surface 32 of the cap 11. The set screws 30 inserted through the cap 11, the diaphragm plate 12, and the diaphragm 13 are fastened to the upper opening edge 6d of the reserver body 6b, and these are attached fast to the reserver body 6b.
