PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a run-flat tire capable of restricting the vertical deflection amount at the time of puncture and allowing a vehicle to run continuously for a certain distance. SOLUTION: The run-flat tire 1 has a toroidal carcass 6 extending as straddling over a pair of bead parts 4 and a belt layer 7 located on the outside in the tire radial direction of the carcass 6 and inside a tread part 2. On the inside of the tread facing the tire cavity i, the tread part 2 is furnished with at least one support 9 protruding inward in the tire radial direction and extending in the tire circumferential direction. The support 9 does not contact with a rim in the normally loaded condition in which the tire is installed on a normal rim J and the normal load is applied upon filling the cavity with the normal internal pressure and supports the load in contacting with the rim J in the punctured condition in which the internal pressure is nullified from the normally loaded condition.
