There is provided an inner type touch panel including a first and a second planar member arranged at a predetermined distance and each having an electrode on one of their surfaces in such a manner that the electrodes face to each other and a polarization plate overlain on the other surface of the first planar member. At least one of the first and the second planar member is formed from a film material siloxane-bridged acryl silicone resin. Here, when the film material has thickness in the range from 0.1 mm to 0.4 mm, the film may have maintenance ratio 96 % or above of visible light transmittance of wavelength 400 nm before and after the heating at 120 degrees C for 1000 hours.
