PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical information recording medium capable of performing accurate and reliable reproduction even when information is recorded with high density and to provide a reproduction method and an optical information processing device using the same.

SOLUTION: In the optical information recording medium 1 for optically reproducing information by irradiation with a light beam including a substrate 12 on which rugged pits and/or grooves corresponding to the recorded information or a recording layer, a temperature sensitive layer 21 whose transmissivity of the light beam varies in response to temperature rise caused by irradiation with the light beam is provided.
