摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet having higher magnetic-flux density and lower core loss than ever. <P>SOLUTION: The steel material for the non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet comprises, by mass%, 0.01-0.2% C, 3% or less Si, 0.05-3.0% Mn, 1% or less Al, 0.2% or less P, 0.01% or less S, 0.005% or less N, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities.
