<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a long delivery distance in delivery of a quantum encryption key. <P>SOLUTION: The equipment uses a relaying apparatus 14 and a quantum correlation photon pair generator 13 to attain a long delivery distance in the delivery of a quantum encryption key and correctly carry out long distance delivery. The relaying apparatus 14 comprises a 2×2 photocoupler 15 and two photon detectors 16, 17 connected to output ports of the photocoupler.
