<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an unsealing member for a cup-shape container which can surely and stably lock and fix the posture of a cutting blade member at an opening position of 80 to 100° when a lid body of the cup-shape container is opened, and at the same time, can avoid a wrong operation by a consumer from occurring by guiding the cutting blade member to a fixing position by visual, tactile or acoustic sense. <P>SOLUTION: This unsealing member 1 has a frame body 6 which can be fitted on the cup-shape container 2, and the cutting blade member 7 having a cutting blade 27 which is attached to the frame body 6. The frame body 6 has an opening section 21 for pouring, and the cutting blade member 7 is displaceably attached in the opening 21 for pouring. The cutting blade member 7 has the cutting blade 27 at least on the distal end section 41 from among the distal end section 41, the rear end section 44, and right and left side sections between the distal end section 41 and the rear end section 44, and is displaceably attached to the frame body 6.
