<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To add new functions to a natural common salt or bittern, to enhance value as merchandise and to provide safe, secure and value-added merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: The safe, secure, multifunctional, value-added merchandise having high added value meeting customers' needs requiring higher class and differentiation is provided as follows.
