<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mouse input device for recognizing a photographing range, while directly viewing an object to be photographed, so as to perform photographing, raising workability, and reducing a mistake in photographing. <P>SOLUTION: The mouse input device is the device to be connected to a computer device, so as to input coordinate information, incorporating a CCD imaging means 3 and including a display function (display section 9) of displaying the photographing area of the CCD imaging means 3. The display unit 9 includes a light 9b, and a slit board 9c having a slit 9d in response to a photographing area.
