<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which hardly causes display irregularity due to ruggedness on the surface of color filter substrate, to provide a manufacturing method of the electrooptical device and to provide an electronic apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The electrooptical device is provided with a pair of substrates which contains a color filter substrate made by sequentially laminating a light shielding film, colored layers and a surface protective layer and electrooptical material held between the pair of substrates, wherein a display area is composed of a plurality of pixel regions. The light shielding film has opening parts which respectively correspond to the pixel regions. The colored layers are formed corresponding to the opening parts respectively, wherein the end parts of adjacent colored layers are overlapped with each other on the light shielding film so that the surface of the colored layer is substantially flattened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
