SUCTION APPARATUS, PRINTER AND MICRO-ARRAY MANUFACTURING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction apparatus, printer and liquid-droplet delivery apparatus which enable the contamination between nozzle-holes of the liquid-droplet delivery head to be deterred. SOLUTION: The suction apparatus 30 for sucking nozzle-holes 51 of the liquid-droplet delivery head 50 provided with two or more nozzle-holes 51 arranged is equipped with a cap 31 for forming a closed space by covering the nozzle-holes 51 of the liquid-droplet delivery head 50, a filter 33 which is installed so as to close the above opening area at the position capable of touching a surface 53 where the nozzle-holes 51 of the liquid-droplet delivery head 50 have been formed at the opening side of the cap 31 and a suction means 35 for sucking the inside of the cap 31 from outside. The filter 33 is provided with two or more through-holes 39 in the direction of the thickness of the filter 33 that are arranged with partitions in parallel. The suction apparatus 30 is structured so that at least one of the perforations 39 is provided at a distance between the adjoining nozzle-holes 51 of the liquid-droplet delivery head 50.
