PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transport a message, in voice, to a desired person, such as a person in charge of client services, while suppressing increase in temporal limitations or communication cost. SOLUTION: A server for use in an information processing system is provided a recording unit (107) for storing voice message from a client on a voice message DB (108); a voice-selecting unit (111) for partially selecting the voice message; a voice file generating unit (112) for generating a voice file, based on the selected voice message; and a transmitting unit (116) for attaching the generated voice file to electronic mail and transmitting the electronic mail via a network.
