PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect the privacy of an owner of a mobile device mounted with a contactless IC card and to reduce time and effort required for the search of the mobile device, when the mobile device is lost. SOLUTION: If a mobile device 100 is lost, a lock setting is carried out for the mobile device 100 by remote operation from an information terminal 400. Under this condition, the name of a station where an owner of the mobile device 100 finally came in or left out is displayed on the mobile device 100, and it is transferred by E-mail to an information terminal 500 of which the address is registered in the mobile device 100 beforehand, based on entrance recording/leaving recording acquired from an automatic wicket by a contactless IC card mounted on the mobile device 100.
