PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical connection device, an outlet plug system, and an outlet wherein an incomplete insertion state can be notified by detecting an inserted state between the outlet and the plug. SOLUTION: A connection state detecting part to detect the insertion state between the outlet 202 and the plug 201 is installed, and a state is detected that the plug is not completely inserted into the outlet although the plug is inserted into the outlet. When the state that the plug is not completely inserted into the outlet is detected, the control of a notifying part is carried out by a control part, and notification is made to a user that there are the plugs which are not completely inserted.
