PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method of industrial equipment and the industrial equipment which will not depend only on the making the gain characteristics reduced and a speed control system stabilized, even when there are a plurality of resonance peaks. SOLUTION: The industrial equipment is provided with a driving part 210 for driving a controlled object 120, a detection part 220 for detecting the positional information of the controlled object 120 or the driving part 210, a speed instruction generating part 230 for outputting the speed instruction for regulating the operation speed of the controlled object 120 or the driving part 210, and a control processing part 240 for inputting the positional information from the detection part 220, inputting the speed instruction from the speed instruction generating part, and controlling the driving part 210, on the basis of the positional information and the speed instruction. The control method of the industrial equipment sets the phase characteristics of the input and the output of the control processing part 240 at the resonance frequency caused by a natural frequency of the controlled object 120 for each industrial equipment, and stabilizes the industrial equipment.
