PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm clock, with which either of the ears can be made easily portable and wearable, and timer alarm sound or voice or made to hear many and unspecified persons, other than the user by hearing directly the timer alarm sound and voice or speech. SOLUTION: A speaker 2, outputting the alarm sound and voice, is mounted on a rear side of a body 1 of the alarm clock. The alarm clock, a small cell mount part 5, a time-setting part 6, an alarm time setting part 7, and an alarm switch 8 are mounted on the front side of the alarm clock. An ear clip 3 for the ear mount is mounted on the body 1. A reversible rotating part 4 is mounted on a root, capable of making the clip reversible on the ear clip 3. By doing this, compact and easily portable, hearing directly the timer alarm sound and voice from headphone, and awakening from sleep can be carried out.
