发明名称 SHAFT FIXING TYPE DYNAMIC PRESSURE FLUID BEARING MOTOR AND THIN RECORDING DISC DEVICE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both end shaft fixing type dynamic pressure fluid bearing motor and a thin recording disc device suitable for reducing thickness by providing a novel lubrication fluid sealing structure. SOLUTION: A turning sleeve is constituted into a double structure, and a communicating region reaching a part in the vicinity of outside diameter at a lower end of the sleeve from a part in the vicinity of an upper end on an inner peripheral face of the sleeve is formed between them. Lubrication fluid in the vicinity of the upper end on the inner peripheral face of the sleeve is shaked off into the communicating region by centrifugal force and is transferred to the part in the vicinity of outside diameter at the lower end of the sleeve. A dynamic pressure groove for feeding lubrication fluid under pressure in the direction of upper end of the sleeve is provided between a fixed shaft and the sleeve to circulate lubrication fluid by the dynamic pressure groove and centrifugal force and seal lubrication fluid. The thin recording disc device is realized by indicating that reduction of thickness is possible by mentioning a conical bearing and a circular cylindrical bearing as a bearing shape and utilizing a small space in the direction of shaft length when compared with a tapered seal.
