PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage detection device in a double hull tank for storing low boiling point combustible materials for detecting leakage of low boiling point combustible materials from the double hull tank speedily with high precision even when the leakage occurs and preventing the possibility that internal stress occurs due to expansion of diameter of a tank main body by internal pressure of the tank. SOLUTION: In this reinforced plastic lining double hull tank forming and covering a reinforced plastic layer on a surface of the steel-made tank through minute clearances in this leakage detection device, a detection pipe communicating with the minute clearances is erected in the steel-made tank, a check valve opened by predetermined pressure from a minute clearance side is provided in a halfway part outside the steel-made tank of the detection pipe, a tip of the detection pipe is opened in a detection box arranged in an upper part of the steel-made tank, and a sensor for detecting combustible materials is arranged inside the detection box.
