PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow loading a vehicle even of low floor type without causing interference with the loading platform by lessening the inclination angle of the loading platform to the ground surface. SOLUTION: A sub-frame 2 is fixed to a chassis frame S, and a lift frame 3 is rotatably mounted on the sub-frame 2 through a rotary shaft 24, and the loading platform 4 with roller 46 installed rotatably in the rear end lower part is installed on the lift frame 3 movably while a lift cylinder 5 is installed between the sub-frame 2 and the lift frame 3, and two slide cylinders 6 are installed between the lift frame 3 and the loading platform 4. Therein the piston rods of the slide cylinder 6 are coupled with a joint member 61, while cylinder tubes are coupled with the lift frame 3 and the loading platform 4.
