PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to install simply on a feeder cable, ground certainly without damaging a trolley cable, and quicken the grounding operation. SOLUTION: An insulating guide rod 2 with such a length as able to reach to the feeder cable M from the ground is furnished at the tip with a hook 6 to be made immobile by hooking at the feeder cable M and with a hung block 7 on the way. A grounding rod 3 with such a length as able to reach to the feeder cable M when it rises up from the ground is furnished at the tip with an electric conductive hook 12 able to be made immobile by hooking at the feeder cable M, in which one end of a hung rope 13 to be set on the block 7 is engaged with the forefront side on the way. A conductor bar 10 for connecting the hook 12 with a rail L is installed inside the grounding rod 3. A lead 11 connected with the conductor bar 10 is connected with a grounding metal piece 15 fixed to the rail L, and on the ground, the hook 6 of the guide rod 2 is set on the feeder cable M, and the grounding rod 3 is pulled up from the ground by the rope 13 of the guide rod 2 and raised up.
