PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that secrecy information formed on a master on a plate cylinder is leaked because when a secrecy holding key is forgotten to be pushed, as a secrecy holding mode is not set, a heat emitting member is left to be separated from the master wound on the outer peripheral face of the plate cylinder and is not driven for generating heat. SOLUTION: A master dissolving apparatus 60 is equipped with a coating roller 61 capable of coming into contact with a plate manufacturing and image forming part 35 of the master 21 on the plate cylinder 9 and impregnating an organic solvent for chemically dissolving this, an organic solvent feeding means 79 for feeding the organic solvent to the coating roller 61 and impregnating the coating roller with it, a displacing means 67 for displacing the coating roller 61 between a contacting position and a separated position, and a controlling means 68 for controlling the displacing means 67 so as to bring the coating roller 61 to occupying the contacting position and controlling a main motor 112 so as to rotate the plate cylinder 9 after the coating roller 61 is impregnated with the organic solvent by actuating the organic solvent feeding means 79, after a specified printing is finished.
