PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber band for permanent waves allowing an unskilled person to easily and efficiently spread a cloth for locking and fixing hair wound around rods with rubber bands for permanent-waving hair in a beauty salon, etc. SOLUTION: The rubber band consists of a ring part 2 made of an annular-shaped rubber string, and an X-shaped part 3 made of rubber strings crossed each other and integrated inside the ring part.
