The system includes sensors and luminous indicators installed in the parking spaces in a car park. Counters are installed in the paths inside the car park. Information panels are also installed in zones from the paths. A distributed control logic, a computer, and a database are connected to the sensors through a bus-type cable system for guiding cars towards a free parking space. The luminous indicators communicate with the sensors. Server-client control data storage software is stored in the database for the execution of the control system. The system also has car-theft prevention function.
