<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image generating device, etc., for easily grasping the action of a virtual vehicle by appropriately visualizing a load corresponding to the travelling state of the virtual vehicle in a game device. <P>SOLUTION: An operation input receiving part 201 receives an operation input which is performed toward the virtual vehicle to travel on a travelling road. A travelling state managing part 203 manages the travelling state of the virtual vehicle based on the received operation input. An image generating part 204 generates the front image of the virtual vehicle based on image information stored in an image information storage part 202 and managed travelling state. A load calculating part 205 calculates the load to be added to the virtual vehicle, based on the managed travelling state. A tire plotting part 206 plots tire images different in shape in response to the calculated load.
