<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an order processing system using a portable order terminal, capable of easily changing a menu or the like, and to provide the portable order terminal used therefor. <P>SOLUTION: This order processing system has: a server 10; and the portable order terminals 12A, 12B, etc. capable of selecting order data, and transmitting the selected order data to the server 10. The portable order terminal 12A, 12B, etc. has: a display means 26 for displaying menu data allowing selection of the order data; and a portable storage part 32 for storing the menu data displayed by the display means 26.
