<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a computer system capable of reducing a burden and risk of customer information management for a company. <P>SOLUTION: This customer information management system 100 is provided with game parlor computers 13 and 15 individually installed in game parlors and a management computer accessible via a communication network such as the Internet from the game parlor computers 13 and 15. The management computer 11 has a personal information database associating a member ID specifying each of registered members at each game parlor with personal information such as a name and an address of the registered member, and by access from the game parlor computer, searches the personal information database for personal information of the registered member.
