<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PLL circuit and a reproducing apparatus which can accept a diversified specification request. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 17 includes an oscillation frequency memory 171 which stores a control voltage CV3 as references beforehand of a VCO and an oscillation frequency at the time of the VCO; and a comparator 172 for comparing the relation between the present control voltage detected by an oscillation frequency detector for detecting the present control voltage of a CPU interface 13 and an oscillation frequency, with the relation between the control voltage as a reference stored in an oscillation frequency storage unit 171 and the oscillation frequency.
