<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sealing pressure detecting device which is used for an impulse-type heat sealer operating, without depending on the device shape or the like, and obtains linear pressure values with an inexpensive structure. <P>SOLUTION: The sealing pressure detecting device is used for the impulse-type heat sealer which has: a pressure-bonding section 10 for pressuring/bonding a sealing section Fa of an object to be sealed F; and a heating section 31 for heating the sealing section Fa of the object to be sealed F, and in which the sealing section Fa is sandwiched by the pressure-bonding section 10 and the heating section 31 and sealed by the pressure-bonding action of the pressure bonding section 10. The sealing pressure detecting device is equipped with: a pressure detection sensor section, provided with a strain gauge 50 for detecting the sealing pressure with the timing of the pressure bonding action; a signal-compensating section 53, which converts a non-linear pressure signal obtained by the pressure detection sensor into a linear pressure signal and outputs it, based on the artificial life type detection system; and a display section 54 which displays the converted/output pressure value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
