<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flush a catheter with a guide wire inserted in a catheter tube even when a regular torque device is used in the catheter. <P>SOLUTION: This flushing device 100 comprises a body tube part 110 allowing the penetration of the guide wire 30 therein and a side injection tube part 120 connected to communicate with the body tube part 110. The part of a slit of the body tube part 110 is pushed against the side of the guide wire 30 to fit the body tube part 110 in the guide wire 30. This flushing device 100 is mounted by fitting the distal end 111 of the body tube part 110 in a recess 24 of a hub 30. A nozzle 52 of a syringe 50 is inserted in the recess 122 formed at the distal end 121 of the side injection tube part 120 and physiological salt solution is injected therein to perform the flushing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
