摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new transformant bacterium of the genus Bacillus capable of stably keeping a plasmid without using antibiotics.

SOLUTION: The bacterium of the genus Bacillus is obtained by transforming a bacterium of the genus Bacillus having a defect in a trpA gene on chromosome with an expression vector containing the trpA gene.
