<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly execute the supply of a nutritive substance and the discharge of a waste product by infiltrating a cell into a ceramic porous body and to secure a sufficient compressive strength until a regenerative bone is formed while the high absorbency of the cell is secured. <P>SOLUTION: A production method for a bone prosthesis includes a step to infiltrate a glass slurry into a pore of the ceramic porous body by dipping the blocky ceramic porous body in the glass slurry which is formed by mixing bioactive glass fine powder in water or an alcohol, a step to dry the ceramic porous body containing the glass slurry, a step to melt the glass fine powder by heating the ceramic porous body containing the dried glass fine powder, and a step to solidify the molten glass fine powder by refrigerating the ceramic porous body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
