<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate fluidity of blood easily and with high sensitivity. <P>SOLUTION: With a pressure bag belt 10 wrapped around the surface of a skin of a finger tip 100 or the like of a subject, and applying a compression thereto, the blood in a capillary blood vessel under the skin is flown out to the surroundings, and by irradiating the skin where the compresion is applied with light from a light emitting element 21, measuring a degree of the light absorption as a light reception quantity of a light receiving element 22, and optically measuring the change of a quantity of blood in the capillary blood vessel with passage of time after applying the oppression, the fluidity of the blood (mainly viscosity μ) is evaluated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
