PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condenser microphone unit connected to an output module unit via a special purpose microphone cord by a simple configuration that effectively prevents the generation of noise caused by a strong electromagnetic wave transmitted from a mobile phone or the like. SOLUTION: In the condenser microphone unit wherein a microphone capsule 10 is supported by a support housing 20 in a way of, e.g. being replaceable and the microphone cord 30 comprising 2-core shield covered wires for connection to the output module unit is drawn in the support housing 20, a shield covered wire exposure part 33a wherein the shield covered wires are stripped out is provided to part of the microphone cord 30 to be drawn in the support housing 20, a fastening metallic fixture 40 formed to be a doughnut shape is fixed to the shield covered wire exposure part 33a by caulking and the shield covered wire exposure part 33a is connected to the support housing 20 via the fastening metallic fixture 40.
