PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochip reusable without deactivating the affinity with a physiologically active substance. SOLUTION: This substrate for the biochip has a substance having the affinity with the physiological active substance fixed on its surface and is used for detecting the physiologically active substance including a physiologically active substance capturing process. After the physiologically active substance serving as a detection target is bonded, the captured physiologically active substance can be removed by bringing the biochip into contact with an aqueous solution without performing surfactant treatment, acid treatment, alkali treatment and heat treatment and the biochip can be used for again capturing the physiologically active substance.
