PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water chiller having uniform bacteria eliminating function at all times. SOLUTION: An injection main body part 2 is made out of resin, glass or the like to be transparent or semi-transparent to allow the light emitted from a lamp 12 to transmit the same. Inner and outer peripheral faces of the injection main body part 2, including inner peripheral faces of flow channels 6a, 6b and an inner peripheral face of a space 13 are coated with a photocatalyst layer mainly composed of titanium oxide activated by the light emitted from the lamp 12.
