PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a check valve capable of immediately opening and closing the valve fully when pressure reaches predetermined pressure and having high response property. SOLUTION: This check valve 1 has a lid member 30 connected with a valve main body 10 in a screw part 20. The lid member 30 is provided with a flow-in passage 32 for water W<SB>1</SB>, a valve seat 36, and a valve chamber 34. A conical spring 50 is arranged in a supporting spring storage chamber 14 of the valve main body 10 to support an inversion plate 60. The inversion plate 60 is joined with a valve element 40. When force by pressure of flowing-in water exceeds total of force of the inversion plate and spring force of the conical spring, the inversion plate 60 is inverted downward, the valve is opened, and water flows downward from a flow-out passage 12. When flowing-in force is reduced, the conical spring 50 inverts the inversion plate 60 upward to close the valve. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
