PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reference voltage driving circuit with a compensating circuit, and a compensating method of the same capable of minimizing an effect of a difference between a gain of an operation amplifier itself and a gain per operation amplifier originating in a low temperature polysilicon manufacturing process to a voltage level of a reference voltage. SOLUTION: A reference voltage compensating circuit coupled to the operation amplifier in the reference voltage driving circuit includes: a first capacitor storing the voltage level of the reference voltage; a second capacitor coupled to the operation amplifier for storing a potential difference between an input end and an output end of the operation amplifier; and a first switch electrically connected to the first capacitor and the second capacitor for adding the voltage level of the first capacitor and a voltage level of the second capacitor by electrical continuity, inputting an added value to the operation amplifier, and having a voltage level output from the operation amplifier substantially identical to the voltage level of the reference voltage.
