PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out display control of all the slave paper EP in a group by master paper EP for collective management in a group for security and the like in browsing a document via electronic paper EP. SOLUTION: When a display control instruction is inputted from an operation part 9 for the master paper EP, an operation instruction part 21 transmits data including a group ID and a display control instruction from a radio part 5 by radio. In the slave paper EP, an ID determination part 23 determines whether the received data are sent to itself or not by comparing the group ID included in the received data with that set in its own memory 6, and a control part 20 performs display control processing matching the received display control instruction, and for example, deletes a document image displayed and held on its own display part 2.
