PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image analysis device, an image analysis method and an image analysis program for accurately extracting movement of an image while requiring a small amount of prior knowledge. SOLUTION: An image acquisition part 11 acquires image data as a processing object, a pre-processing part 12 and a clustering part 13 use a Potts model to handle each pixel of the image data as a particle, and cluster the movement of the image in a super paramagnetic state of the particles by a statistical method, and a movement extraction part 14 extracts the cluster of the movement in the image based on the clustering result. Hereat, the clustering part 13, by explicitly using the movement of cluster, uses the interaction between defined pixels to cluster the movement of the image. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
