PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide Haori (a half-length Kimono coat) so designed that a silk Obi (belt) expensive and hard to wash is efficiently prevented from adhesion of rainwater in rainy weather, and sleeves of Kimono look nice without getting tight or hiding the sleeves from view. SOLUTION: The Haori comprises a back body part, a pair of front body parts sewn up to form lower sleeve openings at the back body part, and a collar attached to the free ends of the pair of front body parts and the upper center part of the back body part.
